This Time Let’s Try Harder Poster

This poster entitled “A Lifetime of Getting Better” was a poster originally conceived for Version Fest’s Printervention show. The words directly reference the quality of the poster - very rough lettering and doodles printed on thin butcher paper and hand cut into circles - as well as being a general life mantra. Recently the graphic has been digitally reproduced at four feet tall, adhered to giant concrete tubes and displayed around France for the Chaumont International Poster Festival. Purchase here.

High Fives Poster

High Fives Letterpress Poster

Another print from a Hamilton Woodtype museum visit. A phrase that started as an inside joke between Tony Francesconi, some others and I really puts a smile on peoples faces when letterpressed and hung on a wall. My apologies to anyone that will have to work at a merch table selling this poster. Your hand will be really sore at the end of the night. Buy it here. Thanks to Margot Harrington for the extra hands while photographing the poster.

Letterpress Posters printed at Hamilton Wood Type Museum

Letterpress Posters

The Rest of The Post Family and I had the pleasure of going up to Hamilton Wood Type Museum to help prepare for their 10 year anniversary celebration on Memorial Day weekend 2009. Along with helping them catalog some of their new donations, I printed a couple beauties. Both Rad and Respect are available at The Post Family store. Both are very small runs so get them while they are hot!

Humboldt Park T-Shirt for Firebelly Design

Humboldt Park Tee Shirt

Firebelly Design asked me to design a T-shirt for the general promotion of their bad-ass design firm. Well, their office is in Humboldt Park (Chicago, IL). So, I photographed townhouses around their neighborhood and Frankensteined them together to get the cozy little home you see above. Pick up your fancy new tee at the Firebelly store. Thanks to Dee Clements of being a great model and Ben Speckmann for the photo.

Collages for The Post Family’s grand opening of The Family Room

Collages For The Family Room Grand Opening

The Post Family just moved! We are super stoked. The new space allows enough room for a gallery (rightfully named The Family Room) and our screenprinting and letterpress studio. The images above are 10 pieces I did for the house warming party along with some fun process shots. All collages available at The Post Family Store. While supplies last!
